Australian Pavilion at Healthplex 2025

CMA is very proud to host the Australian Pavilion at Healthplex Expo in Shanghai co-located with Hi & Fi Asia-China and other leading industry shows, taking place from 24-26 June 2025.

Leading Australian brands and manufacturers – Blackmores, Bluegum Pharmaceuticals, Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals, Homart Pharmaceuticals, Lavida Pharmaceuticals and Lipa Pharmaceuticals – will showcase world-leading products and innovative manufacturing capabilities at Asia’s premier expo for nutraceuticals and health foods. This marks CMA’s fourth time organising and hosting the Australian Pavilion.

The Australian Pavilion underscores the significance of Australia’s deep trade relationship with China, with around $1 billion in annual exports to the region. At a time when global trade is facing heightened uncertainty—including ongoing US tariffs and shifting international trade policies—the Pavilion serves as a vital platform to reinforce Australia’s commitment to open, reliable, and mutually beneficial trade with China and the wider Asia-Pacific region. In this evolving landscape, the Pavilion provides a stable and trusted bridge for Australian businesses to connect with partners, navigate regulatory changes, and demonstrate the strength and quality of Australian-made products.

This year’s Healthplex program features a full schedule of events, including the official Australian Pavilion launch, kindly hosted by Investment NSW and Blackmores, an opening ceremony, B2B matchmaking, a gala dinner, and various conferences and forums. These events offer valuable opportunities for Australian exhibitors to build relationships, expand their presence in the region, and stay informed on the latest regulatory, policy, and market developments.

A particular highlight this year is CMA’s exclusive closed-door networking event with the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC). This unique session will allow Australian businesses to raise questions, discuss export challenges, and hear the latest updates on regulatory policies directly from GACC officials. Given the ongoing challenges facing our industry—including changing export requirements and market access issues—this event is especially timely and important.

We are confident that our Australian Pavilion exhibitors will enjoy a busy and productive three days in Shanghai, and we look forward to keeping our members updated on the outcomes of this important event.
